Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 777bc ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at 777bc.im. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 777bc platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 777bc platform. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 777bc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post a notice of material changes on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 777bc, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777bc does not permit any person under 18 to open an account, make a deposit, or place any bet. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any point.
• You must be a real, individual human being acting on your own behalf. Accounts opened on behalf of another person, or by automated means, are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a 777bc employee or business partner.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You may only maintain one account on 777bc at any time. Players found to hold multiple accounts will have all duplicate accounts suspended and any bonus funds or winnings derived from abuse of the single-account rule will be forfeited.

777bc reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport) and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account restriction.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777bc account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 777bc will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings. This provides a significant additional layer of security against unauthorised access.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 777bc support immediately via live chat or email. We will suspend the account and investigate promptly.
• 777bc is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except where the security breach was caused by a failure of our own systems.

All account sessions on 777bc are protected by SSL encryption. Our security team monitors accounts continuously for suspicious activity including unusual login locations, rapid successive bets, and irregular withdrawal requests.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

777bc processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are available:

Deposits: Minimum deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card payments. Deposits are credited to your 777bc balance immediately for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. IBFT transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank. There is no maximum single deposit, but 777bc reserves the right to apply limits on accounts that show irregular deposit patterns.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request approval on business days. Withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically received within minutes of processing. IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. 777bc does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.
• A minimum of one deposit must be made and used on the platform before a withdrawal request will be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000 can be processed. We may request this at any time.
• 777bc reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending review for AML (anti-money laundering) compliance checks. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is under review.

Bonuses & Promotional Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by 777bc are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms which apply to every offer unless otherwise stated.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds on 777bc are subject to a wagering requirement of between 20x and 40x the bonus amount (specific multiplier is stated on each promotion page) before any conversion to withdrawable cash is permitted.
• Eligible games: Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using games or markets specified in the individual promotion terms. Contributions from excluded games (typically progressive jackpot slots and certain table games) do not count towards clearing bonus wagering requirements on 777bc.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited unless a different expiry period is stated on the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically and are removed from your account balance.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on a 777bc account at a time. Claiming a new promotion before completing the current bonus wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Abuse: 777bc reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bots, systematically exploiting promotional structures, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a bonus is active on your 777bc account, the maximum permitted single bet is Rs 5,000 unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed above this limit may be voided.

Betting Rules & Settlement

All bets placed on 777bc – whether pre-match, in-play, cricket, esports, virtual sports, or any other market – are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform.

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted by the 777bc system.
• Bets are not confirmed until you receive a bet receipt confirmation from the 777bc platform. A bet placed that does not generate a receipt is not a valid bet.
• In the event of a technical fault, 777bc reserves the right to void any bet placed during the fault period. Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• For in-play betting on cricket, 777bc uses verified external data feeds for score and match status. In the event of a discrepancy between the feed and the actual match position, bets will be settled based on official broadcaster or governing body data.
• In-play bets may be suspended at any time during a match at the discretion of the 777bc trading team. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• For cricket matches abandoned due to weather or external factors, bets are settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result where applicable. Matches with fewer than a minimum number of overs specified in the market rules may be voided.
• Accumulator bets: all legs must be settled for the accumulator to pay out. A void leg within an accumulator reduces the bet to the remaining legs (the void leg is treated as a non-runner at odds of 1.0).

Casino Games – RNG & Fair Play

All casino games available on 777bc – including slots, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, and all other table and card game titles – use either a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer service managed by a licensed studio provider.

• RNG games are independently tested and certified to meet minimum return-to-player (RTP) standards. Individual game RTPs are displayed in the game information panels.
• Live dealer games are broadcast from licensed casino studios. The integrity of live dealer games is monitored by the studio provider and is subject to their own operational standards.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, 777bc will complete the round using the available game data. If the outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Malfunctions during any casino game on 777bc void all plays and related payouts for the affected round. This applies to both RNG and live dealer formats.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777bc platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, or opening an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit markets, or gain unfair advantage on 777bc.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the 777bc platform or its underlying software infrastructure.
• Exploiting errors, technical faults, or pricing mistakes in odds or game outcomes. Any winnings derived from an obvious error are not payable and will be reversed on 777bc.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event available for betting on 777bc.
• Using your 777bc account for money laundering or any financial activity that violates applicable law.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your 777bc account.

Responsible Gaming

777bc is committed to responsible gaming and the welfare of all players. We provide the following tools which any player can activate from their account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits to your 777bc account. Increases to existing limits require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive a reminder when your session is approaching the limit, and the session will end automatically when it is reached.
• Reality checks: Opt in to periodic on-screen reminders showing your time and activity during the current session on 777bc.
• Cooling-off: Take a temporary break from 777bc of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period you cannot deposit or place bets, but you can still withdraw your balance.
• Self-exclusion: Close your account for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and irreversibly for the duration of the exclusion. You will not receive marketing communications during this period.

In summary, 777bc collects personal data that is necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, meet our legal obligations, and provide customer support. We share data with service providers who assist in operating the platform only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services, and under binding data protection agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777bc platform – including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, text, game assets, and video content – is the intellectual property of 777bc or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 777bc content without our express written consent.

The 777bc name, logo, and brand marks are registered trademarks. Use of the 777bc name or any associated branding in any context not expressly permitted is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777bc excludes all liability for losses and damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Losses resulting from betting or casino gaming activity on 777bc.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside our control.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes that are promptly corrected by 777bc.
• Third-party actions including unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777bc's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary closure: You may close your 777bc account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets will be settled in the normal course. Any remaining verified balance after deduction of applicable charges will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

Closure or suspension by 777bc: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity on your account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Inactivity – accounts with zero balance that have not been logged into for more than 24 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be closed following written notice to your registered email address.

Changes to These Terms

777bc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active players of material changes by email to your registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 777bc platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the 777bc platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777bc is licensed. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through the 777bc customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by the applicable legal framework.
